I’ve been using my iPhone to shoot these videos, but I don’t have the hands off capability like other cameras offer, so I look into tripod options. What I end up with is the Joby Gorillapod with a Versihold clamp made for camera phones of all types.

Also, the setup will definitely work with the flip. I’m not familiar with the camera, but if it has a tradtional tripod screw input on the bottom, you won’t need the Versihold.
