Social Media is Really Just Customer Service

I did a video similar in content to this one but killed it for personal reasons. However, Gary’s video is a lot more eloquent, and a lot more forgiving then what I had to say. So instead of biting the hands that feeds, I’ll let him do the talking, but I agree wholeheartedly with Gary on this.
