No business like show business

It wasn’t without some serious wrangling that I finally got Adam back into the Open Air Studio to talk about work and stuff. Of course, knowing us, there’s a lot of “stuff” before we get into the work, but I promise you, there’s a lot of valuable creative business conversation.

We have a short discussion around legal issues, and who has rights to names and phrases.

I also ply Adam for information about how he decides which products to replace and how often he replenishes stock.

And we get into a little bit of judging which shows are worthwhile, and which ones might not iron out on your P&L sheet.

Oh, and there’s coffee and beer talk. Lots of coffee and beer talk.
